After more than 5 years in our current location we are relocating just down & across the road to UNIT #3 on Claregate St. (besides Eurostar).

We're a local fully equipped Pilates Studio that opened in 2012 at the heart of Kildare Town, Co. Kildare.

We’re here to make you feel better, keep you strong, healthy & supple - and we believe PILATES HAS IT ALL!
