🔮 Comprehensive Pilates Courses
We are finally allowed to run classes and courses are starting from Sept. 20th.
This Autumn term we're running 5-week Comprehensive Pilates Courses during which we'll be using the major pieces of Pilates equipment - Mat, Reformer & Tower - as well as small props (circles, stretch-bands, foam-rollers etc.).
🍂 Starting Autumn Term In The Studio
September is here and with it came the news about easing of Covid-19 restrictions in the next couple of months.
During this summer things seem to have pretty much settled in the studio with those who decided not to wait and get started with what is/was available. It was so great to work in-person again (which for sure plays to my strength as teacher and educator) and be able to provide meaningful and really beneficial experience for those who came for Private sessions or the little bit of the "pod-of-1" Studio Training that was available. 🙂.
What Matters Now.. 🌸
Here we are in July 2021 and although there was the hope that some restrictions will be lifted this is not yet the case - which does effect us, our plans and our aspiration maybe...
When it comes to the studio this means some changes to how we can facilitate training and teaching this summer which is fine by ne because I'm done with the idea of "getting back to normal"!

Pilates Studio Kildare Will Open After The June Bank-Holiday
Tuesday, 8th June at 10am
The studio is opening in the accordance with government guidelines and Sport Ireland Return to Sport Protocol.
We are so excited our new course is now running. It will help you to connect, move and learn how to feel better in your body, in yourself and be able to heal, overcome and continue to stay active as you're going through life.
PilatesConnect© is a 10-week course that is designed to teach you how to move away from stiffness, aches, pain, low energy and brain fog into feeling strong, flexible, clear-headed and able.
HELLO MARCH, HELLO SPRING
Yes, I'm well aware of the concept of February as the beginning of Spring for most you Irish people but for *me* Spring begins in March and the few sunny days are making me happy.
I'm welcoming March and the returning of our kids to schools but mainly I'm jumping on the opportunity to get back involved with MARCH MATNESS along with so many in the Pilates world.
