Pilates Studio Kildare is a local, independently owned Pilates Studio that opened in 2012 at the heart of Kildare Town, Co. Kildare.
We practice Pilates movement and philosophy every day and believe Pilates has everything you need, and more, to make you feel better in your body!

On-line Sessions Now Available
For those of you who are not yet ready to come back to the studio - for whatever reason - or want to add another movement session to their fluctuating routine, we're going to run a weekly Live on-Line Pilates Based Movement Session via Zoom.
Live, On-Line Sessions are instructional sessions with your teacher watching in real time, guiding you through the movements and giving you feedback or suggestions as you go through the flow.

In the past 2 weeks (since the announcement June 19th) I've been asked SO MANY TIMES "When are you opening?" "Are you opening soon?" "Can you let me know when I can book...." - - - It's a relief to now be able to give everyone an answer!
