This weekend I actually managed to see that days are getting longer! Have you noticed?! Now, this doesn't mean I'm now on-board with February 1st being the beginning of Spring, but it's nice to notice the 'beginning of the end' of winter darkness...
ANYHOW, I have some updates for you..

I strongly believe that we need to bring things into our lives that de-stress us and help us cope better with clarity.
