Psoas major, deeply embedded in your body’s core; is a structural bridge between your upper body, hips and pelvis. This fascinating tissue joints your body’s motions of breathing to walking, assimilation to elimination; and psoas it’s direct centre for all of your gut reactions. Enhance your body’s potential for RESILIENCE and RECOVERY by unwrapping chronic stress in your midline and re-establishing a healthier movement patterns.

This experiential workshop will break down the mechanics of down-regulation and teach you movement and breathing strategies drawn from yoga, meditation, self-myofascial release, and somatic exploratory movements. Using the Yoga Tune Up® and Roll Model® balls, learn specific, yet customizable techniques that instantly roll out tension, improve your breath capacity, help break dysfunctional movement patterns and provide a fast-track to stress-relief.
