- A deposit of €20 is required to SECURE YOUR PLACE.
Deposits are payable at the studio.
Payments by cash or cheques only. We do not accept credit/debit cards at this time.

* 9am-2pm Mon-Fri.
* 5pm-8.30pm Mon-Thu.
* 4pm-6.30pm Fri.
- Class-Timetable is subject to change.

Pilates Mat Classes
Our Mat classes are on Gratz™ Pilates Mats like the original Pilates Mats designed and used in Joe Pilates NYC studio.
Extra Long, Extra Padded and featuring the Foot-Strap and Hand-Dowels, you get to experience the Original Pilates Matwork.
1-HOUR LONG IN SMALL GROUPS OF UP TO 6 PARTICIPANTS.
Pilates Reformer Classes
Our Reformer classes are done on Balanced Body™ Reformers [Studio or Allegro] that adjust to any body type and ability level.
Reformers give you spring-based resistance that helps supports & challenge you for full workout that tones & stretches the entire body. Reform how you move!
1-HOUR LONG CLASSES OF UP TO 6 PARTICIPANTS.
Pilates Tower Classes
This NEW EQUIPMENT class combines Pilates Mat work with Spring-sets and Bars bringing a WHOLE NEW DIMENSION to Pilates practice. The Mat Station features a vertical Tower frame with attachments of Springs and Bars that provide both resistance & support while giving your body assistance & feedback as you go through routines from the Mat, Reformer and moves/exercises designed just for the Tower.
1-HOUR LONG, ONLY 4 PARTICIPANTS you will enjoy plenty of individualised attention and a class that is ideal for beginners and challenging for the advanced.
