 About Our Pilates Group Classes

Mat Classes – Original Pilates-Mat
Our Mat classes are on Gratz™ Pilates Mats like the original Pilates Mats designed and used in Joe Pilates NYC studio.
Extra Long, Extra Padded and featuring the Foot-Strap and Hand-Dowels you experience the Original Pilates Matwork.
Starting at Foundation and up to the advanced Level 3 we have classes to suit everybody from the Pilates novice to the proficient Pilates practitioner.
FULL HOUR LONG IN SMALL GROUPS OF UP TO 6 PARTICIPANTS.

Reformer Classes – Reform How you Move
Our Reformer classes are done on Balanced Body™ Reformers
[Studio or Allegro] that adjust to any body type and ability level. A bed-like frame with moveable carriage and pulley system, the Reformer gives you spring-based resistance that helps supports & challenge you for full workout that tones & stretches the entire body.
From Foundation courses to advanced Level 3, find balance, joint-stability, supple muscles, strength & efficient movement.
FULL-HOUR LONG CLASSES OF ONLY 4-6 PARTICIPANTS.

Tower Classes – Mat Based with Springs & Bars
Combining Mat with Spring- sets and Bars, this class brings a WHOLE NEW DIMENSION to Pilates practice. The Mat Station features a vertical Tower frame with Springs and Bars attached. Providing both resistance & support while giving your body assistance & feedback, you go through routines from the Mat, Reformer and exercises designed for the Tower / Cadillac.
ONLY 4 PARTICIPANTS – plenty of individualised attention.
A FULL HOUR LONG CLASS.

Pre/Post-Natal Pilates Classes
Non-aerobic & gentle Pilates is perfectly suited to help with pregnancy, prepare for labour and assist in recovery after childbirth. Our Pre/Post Natal Pilates classes are designed to accommodate the musculoskeletal changes of pregnancy and carefully planned following ACOG Exercise During Pregnancy. Focusing on physical strength and proper alignment for comfortable pregnancy and easier recovery postpartum.
GP/Midwife consent required before attending class.
