This week’s FREE Thursday is a movement class that takes a closer look at our Low-Lying lower body – from the waist down.
Movement, strength and ability to move with ease in your lower body is crucial for your ability to carry your upper body when you stand, walk, go up stairs and sit.
The session will start with some specific Nervous System work to release tensions that you hold in your whole body, reset and reconnect you into your body and then engaging and focusing on your lower body.
Starting at your centre and the “belt” around your waist, Lower Back, then moving down to the anchoring Pelvis & Hip mobility, through your Knees, Calves/Shins and all the way down to the grounding point – the Feet.
This session is completely free and is suitable for everyone.
As we’ll be working within the safety of your own internal Nervous System physical connections it is safe to take part even with injuries and/or limited range of motion.
