In this weeks email I talk about Moving Through as opposed to trying to by pass, go under, over, around or completely ignore a situation or circumstances we find difficult and/or challenging.
This week I'm inviting you all for a MOVEMENT session I named MOVE THROUGH.
This is not a workshop or a masterclass in that the experience is note based, or focused on, the intellect and our cerebral need to know the WHY behind things.
This does not mean there's no WHY behind the session but merely inviting you to drop-down into where you are - physically, mentally & emotionally.
It's a DO FIRST ask question later type of a thing.
I'm inviting you to ❋ Move through physical stiffness or pain ❋ Move through feelings of frustration, grief or anxiety.
AND there are a few more things this session is NOT: * It's not about keeping up with a group. * It's not about coping and trying to mimic someone else - not even your teacher! * It's not about performing a bunch of exercises.
