Moving Through Menopause
** When I say the word MENOPAUSE what’s your gut reaction?**
✺ Is it fear?
✺ A sense of stress, powerlessness?
✺ Impending doom? ...
It’s a world of distress, dread, worry and anxiety when menopause is mentioned.
ᐳ The list of adverse symptoms is bleak & just keeps growing.
ᐳ The information we do find (?) is confusing (if not contradicting).
Women find themselves mid-life UNPREPARED and HELPLESS about the changes that are happening to them. Changes they don’t fully understand and leave them vulnerable. I find this unacceptable!
So, I created a 2-week immersion to start changing this.

MOVING THROUGH MENOPAUSE.
14th JUNE to 1st JULY
ᐳ It’s both LEARNING and MOVING (with your body):
✺ Learning so you can understand WHAT (the hell) is going on during menopause and WHY it happens.
✺ Moving so that you can connect into your body (now that you understand it) and find ways to FEEL BETTER, take CONTROL, learn how to MANAGE symptoms and INFLUENCE the changes your body goes through in a POSITIVE way.
✅ There are handbooks, worksheet & guides I take you through.
✅ There are 2 in-person workshops (2 hours each) that we will explore in greater depths:
