New Year 2022 Term Starting January 10th
We're ready to start the New Year with very unique courses that we cannot find anywhere else.
We're luck to have a beuatiful Studio with wonderful equipment as a place where you can come, learn, feel, explore and find yourself IN your body, be PART of your body physically, mentally and emotionally.
Exclusive Comprehensive Pilates 6-week Courses
No where else can you find a Pilates course that take you through the two major Pilates apparatus REFORMER & TOWER and combine Pilates MATWORK & PROPS to create a unified understanding and practice of movement.

Courses run at Beginners & Mixed Levels.
- Beginners is recommended for total beginners, those who are coming back to Pilates after a long break or have little or no Pilates equipment experience.
- Mixed-Level is aimed for those of you who have more Pilates (Reformer/Tower/Mat) under their belt (and IN your body-brain).
- Pre-Natal is suitable from 12 weeks gestation and you are required to fill up our Pre-Natal form.
SPARK 3 Months Program
12 x 1 hour Weekly Classes
3 x 2 hour Monthly Workshops.
This program does not suit everybody BUT if you are ready to commit for 12 Classes (1hr class) + 3 Workshops (monthly 2 hrs workshop) this program is for you.
SPARK is aimed to set you in motion, up-level your engagement in YOUR WELL BEING and expand your understanding of how your body-mind work.
In order to best take care of ourselves we need to understand how we function as one unit.
This one unit (that is YOU), is made out of many (moving) parts & systems that work together, act-on and influence each other.
Over the 3 months we'll cover the Musculoskeletal system, Nervous system, Lymphatic System & Limbic System to better understand how we function and how dynamic movement (i.e. Pilates) influence our health & well-being.
This program is not suitable for total beginners with no Pilates equipment experience at all but is perfect for you if:
- You are serious about coming back to Pilates after a break.
- You are a Pilates enthusiast keen to go deeper into the body-mind holistic approach of keeping strong & healthy.
I'm looking to start only two groups: a Morning SPARK (4 people) and an Evening SPARK (4 people) and you will find all dates and time in the booking button below.
There is no risk in booking for New-Year's Term.
★ Although booking requires a valid credit/debit card there is NO-CHARGE for booking.
★ You can CANCEL your booking at any time up to 48 hours before course starting date.
★ If any changes will have to be made we will NOTIFY YOU ASAP.
★ All Covid safeties fiercely adhered to so if you are fully vaccinated, had your booster, wear your mask, sanitise your hands and your equipment and keep your social distancing - you ARE taking EVERY PRECAUTION POSSIBLE when you're in the studio.
