Summer is definitely here now that even the little ones (Primary school), are off for their summer holidays ...
Schedules are changing.
You maybe going on a holidays (with or without family/kids)
Your friends and colleagues maybe going on holidays ...
And, despite the ever changing Irish weather (☀️ 🌤️🌨️⛅️ 🌨️ ☁️🌨️🌤️), there's no denying evenings are longer.
A change in schedule can open up possibilities 🙂
Some are planned, some are not but I love the idea of more options, different options for us opening their doors and inviting us in.
And so this is my invitation to you for a summer experience:
Our summer courses run for shorter time periods BUT are full of movement with each class running for 1-hour 15--min.
You can plan ahead for both July & August and secure your pace in courses that suit your summer schedule - just make sure to check the dates to make sure you can make your classes.
☀️ INTRO COURSES:
Introductory 3-week course for beginners with no or little experience with Pilates .
Classes 75min Each.
You will be introduced to the 3 main Pilates apparatus - TOWER, REFORMER & MAT - in a small intimate group and experience the wonderful new ways your body CAN move.
You'll learn how the different apparatus both support & challenge you physically and mentally to create more space for yourself and get unstuck.
Each class is 1-hour & 15-min.
☀️ BEYOND BASICS/ INTERMEDIATE COURSES
4-Week intensive course moving beyond the basics of movements.
You'll experience the full Pilates Method across the different apparatus & props as you move beyond the basics with additional movements and sequencing that go deeper into your body.
* Previous experience with Tower/Reformer & Mat required.
Classes is 1-hour & 15-min.
☀️ PRE-NATAL COMPREHENSIVE 🤰
Pre-Natal Pilates 4-week course utilising our Pilates equipment & Props.
Classes designed to accommodate the anatomical changes and joints stress of pregnancy.
Carefully planned, following ACOG Exercise During Pregnancy classes target specific muscles affected by postural changes of pregnancy.
Classes 55min each.
* Pre-Natal Pilates suitable from 12 weeks - GP/Midwife consent required prior to attending Pre/Post Natal Pilates classes.
☀️⦿ MOVING THROUGH MENOPAUSE
3-Week Program of Learning & Moving through Perimenopause, Menopause & Postmenopause.
3 On-Line Modules + 3 In-Studio Classes
This program is about HELPING YOU understand WHAT your body is going through and HOW to help yourself feel better through the changes.
This hybrid programs include:
- 3 On-Line Modules - Videos + Guides & Worksheet Downloads.
- 3 In-Studio Live Classes + Q&A (75min. Each)
- Total of about 7hrs & 15min.
