Your incredible support and kindness for this great cause made Paint it Pink a huge success!

At Pilates Studio Kildare we believe in giving back to our community. One of our biggest passions is our Pilates Paint it Pink events, held annually to help support breast cancer research and support services. Raising life-saving funds for Irish Cancer Society Action Breast Cancer.

This year’s Paint it Pink month of fundraising for Breast Cancer was running throughout October with different events and ways for everyone to show their support.

We had the ribbons, pins and pens box from the Irish Cancer Society.

We had a Pink Shashi grip socks raffle.

We had the screening of “The Life of Eve”

This event was a Special Screening of "The Life of Eve" & "Debora Kolwet on Eve." "The Life or Eve” was a 20 min documentary about Joseph Pilates' student and protégé Eve Gentry. ”Debora Kolwey on Eve” was a 30 min, 3 part video where Debora Kolwey shared her Pilates journey finding Eve Gentry.

Pilates for Self-Care event!

In this special event, we learned how you can take care of yourself applying Pilates breathing & movement throughout your day. We explored the principle of Pilates: Breath, Centring, Control, Concentration, Precision, and Flow along with Pilates alignment and movement as a self-care tool.

We even made it into the "Leinster Leader!"
