Pilates Studio Kildare is a local, independently owned Pilates Studio that opened in 2012 at the heart of Kildare Town, Co. Kildare.
We practice Pilates movement and philosophy every day and believe Pilates has everything you need, and more, to make you feel better, stronger, healthier in your body!
Pilates is a unique exercise system focusing on control, body-alignment, posture, strength, mobility and better movement to keep you healthy, pain-free and confident to MOVE THROUGH LIFE.
Whether in our small Group Class setting or Private Sessions, we encourage our clients to MOVE WITH CONFIDENCE AND EASE.
We encourage our clients to ask and get an understanding of how to move through life better so they can apply what they’ve learned in the studio to their daily activities.
It’s important to us that you make the most out of your time in the studio and feel better going out then you came in!
Pilates is much more than just an exercises method and our studio is more than just a place you come to do a class and disappear… We prefer to keep things small, personal and, like the Pilates Method itself, focused.
We are a Pilates dedicated professional studio. We have the best quality Pilates equipment and highly qualified & experienced instructors.
We have a small studio and our group classes are small to allow personal attention and a hands-on approach.

Our Hands-On approach means that we support, correct and help you learn how your body moves with our hands physically guiding you helping you feel and improve your movement, alignment and form.
Group Classes are small to allow for plenty of individual attention and personal touch. Your condition, form and ability level will always be taken into account and advice during classes will be given to you.
Our Private Pilates program is designed specially for your individual needs, aims and your personal objectives with 1-on-1 complete, undivided and exclusive attention from your instructor.
